Hello all. I'm looking for new friends for motivation. I've completed 2 1/2 marathons, but I wasn't seeing the results anymore. I'm now beginning Phase 3 of Jamie Easons program from bodybuilding.com. I love the results but the lbs aren't melting off like I expected. That's why I've started MFP again.     Holy bleep!!! Massive difference so far! Imagine how awesome you will be once you start counting your calories!!!!

    Wow, that's a huge difference and amazing progress - well done :)

    Once you start tracking your calories each day, you'll see those pounds disappear along with the inches. You already look great so keep up the good work!
