New mum - on a mission for that milf look hahaha

Hi! I started using mfp again two weeks ago. Im on a mission to lose my baby weight and get in the best shape that i have been in for over ten years! My baby girl is 11 weeks old now and I have been focused for three weeks now. Do circuit training 4x a week and try to eat as well as possible.

I don't like the word 'diet' because that's not what it should be. 'Diets' tend to have an end date and being healthy and fit is a lifestyle change, for life! So we aren't on diets and tell everyone around you that too! We are all changing our lifestyles so that we can live healthy and proud every day dor the rest of our lives!
