I really like quinoa porridge. I make it with 1/2 cup quinoa with equal water, boil for 5 mins, then i add 1/2 milk and grated apple with some vanilla essence. Serve with yogurt and strawberris. IT lasts me 2 days! Yum!

If you like eggs you can do a lot of different things with them. I also do whole grain pancakes sometimes too.

I known it's close to cereal, but I love having oats. 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup (40g) oats, 1 Tbsp honey is my favorite. Most people add fresh fruit in lieu of honey.

My other go-to is an egg over easy with a 7g (~1/2 slice) American cheese on an open faced sandwich. I eat it with a yogurt.
