I had two sick days under my calorie/macro goal. What will happen when I increase back up? Will I gain weight or will my body re-adjust to it's normal amount of exercise and food?

You won't gain weight
Firstly, it's the calorie deficit that is important. If you are eating at or under your calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. The macro's aren't really much of a factor in weight loss so don't worry about those. I hope you are feeling better now. Carry on as you did before your sickness.0 -
