I am down to my last 5 lbs / 2.5 kilos, at last. I am normal weight but looking to get back to the exact weight I was before I started gaining (exchange semester abroad).
Anyone here successfully dropped those final few 'vanity pounds' or doing it now? If so, what's your plan?
I used to eat at a deficit of 500 cals per day (eating 1500 and eating back exercise calories) and that worked well. Then it got to be too hard and I upped to 1700, which still works, though slower. Now I am constantly hungry (and a little tired).
What's a good time-frame for the last ones?

A good rate of loss for the last few pounds is 0.5lbs/week, so a deficit of 250 a day. When I lost the last few pounds (I've since gained some weight back when I couldn't calorie count for a bit, so am losing it again) I just carried on doing what I'd been doing before and they came off just fine.0

Just keep doing what your doing and you will lose the weight. If you really want to get down to that weight but you are having to really cut your calories and be super strict, know that it's going to be hard to maintain that weight and maybe where u are right now is perfect. Good luck!0
