This is not the first time I've used MFP. The first time I used MFP I managed to lose an amazing 60 pounds, and that was a wonderful feeling. However, I stopped using it, and since then have gained about 20 pounds back.
So I am starting anew, and the goal is to lose between 20-30 pounds and bring me down to a healthy weight! I'm really looking forward to this journey and all I can accomplish, but I'd really like some friends here to help motivate me, and I'll do the same for you!

You've done this before and lost an amazing amount of weight - well done you!
You already know how to do this so I'm not going to suggest 'tracking' or exercise - you've totally got this.
