Wow, would like to know how you stay in shape. I'm looking to loose 10 lbs and tone my body, but it's hard having two young kids and no time to work out. Was getting up at 4 in the morning to workout, but was only able to do that for a week before fatigue took over.0

I strongly recommended a full body detox first. Clean all the gunk out, so your body can absorb the nutrients you intake. A toxic body can contribute to your fatigue. I'm a mom of 2 boys, I know how you feel. But I will help out a lot.-2
