Is he seriously trying to fatten me up like his prize pig?
The nerve! This is abuse and I won't take it. Totally unsupportive.

Oh yeah, and he even takes my kids for donuts on Sundays!

    Mine says that he will love me no matter how much I weigh, and I don't think that is stupid. It doesn't ease my personal anxiety about my goals, but it does reassure me that he loves me for me, imperfections and all.

    I am going to be a bit of a devil's advocate here, but if you're serious about all of these things really bugging you, first of all, it isn't his fault that you ate the Cheez-it's. You don't have to eat the double scoop. Unless your kids might be facing weight issues, I don't think a Sunday donut is going to kill them. It does suck that he is unsupportive, but you have to have the strength and will power to do this on your own, for yourself. You've got it in you, you are here and it obviously matters to you. I can relate to you in that sometimes I am inclined to whine and blame, but in the end it all comes down to how you feel about yourself. Be awesome!!!

    Finally gave into my desire to have him lift with me when he gets home! That jerk, does he want me to get bulky and manly? The nerve. Also he always makes sure I don't feel bad about going over my calories and chants 'Just do better tomorrow' constantly. Clearly he should heap shame upon me for my failings.
