Does mfp premium meal recipe worth the price

I have lost 4kg but my weightloss is hitting a second plateau. I figure out it has to do with my food. Having work and toddler, i only eat what are readily available : kfc, burger or Chinese takeout. I m not much of a cook guy so I am considering mfp premium for their meal plan. Do most of the recipe easy to follow? Anything to share from their premium service?
