    You've been logging for ages so I don't understand why you're saying logging your coffee is difficult. Just log whatever you add to it: just a few clicks, simple.

    If you've got enough calories just drink it the way you like it and learn to log more effectively.

    Try slurping black coffee so it sprays all over your tongue and you should be able to pick up flavour notes (like wine) in good coffee. Buy better quality coffee and the taste will be amazing, not worth ruining it with cream and sugar. I've always liked black coffee, but I need GOOD coffee. No cheap stuff in this house
