Losing weight after surgeries!

hey all! I just had two surgeries and beat breast cancer! Now I'm ready to get back into shape and lose some weight!

    That is blessed! I recently had laproscopic surgery after dealing with chronic pain for the past 3 years. Now I need to lose weight and get back in to shape all while under the stresses of caregiving for my mother. I could certainly use a friend while on this journey.
