    No such thing as too many eggs. They are an excellent food source. I keep a dozen boiled in the fridge for a quick satisfying snack or breakfast.

    When I'm on my normal eating/gym routine I eat 5-6 eggs almost every day and I'm perfectly healthy. Don't worry about your egg consumption OP, somehow I think you eat fewer than I do.

    I love having hardboiled eggs in the frig. Enjoy them in salads or by themselves as a snack. Omelet with lots of veggies. And best of all they feel me up so I'm not hungry after.
