Doing the Zone Diet need to set up MFP for my exact macros? How please?

Hi,
I'm pretty familiar with MFP and have used it periodically on myself and some clients. I've started the Zone Diet a week ago in order to lean out a bit and improve my Crossfit performance level.
I wondered if there was a way on MFP to enter in exactly the amounts of each macro in grams to correspond to my Zone Block prescription of 16 blocks a day (4 blocks of each macro per meal) or 30% protein and fat, 40% carbs.
The figures i need to enter are:
Protein 118 grams
Carbs 153 grams
Fat 51 grams
For total daily caloric goal of 1543 kcals.
I've tried adjusting the Profile settings i.e. amount of weight loss desired per week and amount of workouts.
But that method does not get me as precise as i want to be for my Food Diary, its either too high or too low in terms of the daily caloric target.
Is there a way, or does anyone know of a better tool out there to use?
Many thanks.

You can upgrade to Premium if it is available in your country, or you can do an Internet search for third-party add-ons - which usually require Firefox or Chrome to install - to set your macros by grams.0

Manually setting your goals (Custom goal setting) addresses the calorie question but you are limited to 5% steps for macros so if you need to be accurate to a gram then as above you need Premium for that.0
