I've seen quite a few people say to do this but just wanted to know how important is it to do it. I ask because I never do, but not intentionally only because I rarely even meet my 2400 daily calorie goal mfp has for me. I tend to eat only when I'm hungry. Am I putting myself at risk by not eating back those calories

I didn't eat back my exercise calories.
Generally, it's more of an issue for smaller people with lower calorie goals.0
