Friends needed

Hi my names sam im 39 and live in south shields, tyne and wear, im mum of 7 my eldest is 21 and youngest is 2, its my first day back on mfp and i need some friends who can give me encouragement and maybe a kick up the *kitten* at times, 2 yrs ago i found a lump on my thyroid after tests i got the all clear but this led to server anxiety which led me being frightend to eat and i lost 3 stone, im better now but ive put all the weight in plus more and i need to lose it, sorry for the long post.
