Need motivation!

I have Crohn's disease and my steroids are making my appetite go insane, starting to gain a lot of weight. Need a buddy to help keep me in line!

I was just diagnosed with Crohn's last month and I am currently tapering off Prednisone. I'm hungry all day, but trying hard to excercise and not eat like a maniac! It's hard

I'm sorry about your health and appetite issues. I can't imagine being on steroids for a long time, as I already struggle with my appetite without them. I need motivation too! I have 20 or so friends and maybe one or two of them are actually active on this site.
