    That happens sometimes. I hit a plateau and couldn't lose anything for over a month. Sometimes you have to look at what you may be eating that's causing you to stay at that weight. Or sometimes you have to increase your workouts. Good luck.

    5'4". My first sticking point was 140 coming down from 160-165.

    I cracked down. No more eyeballing the salad bar at lunch. All lunches were weighed on the food scale and packed at the beginning of the week or night before. I shaved off 100 calories or so every day during the week so that my weekend calories (all logged!) kept me in an appropriate deficit. The weight came off.

    I have to do this about every 5 pounds. I just have to get real.

    I like your thinking! Thanks for sharing. I am off to a flying start but getting though plateau periods is my nemesis and potentially a bounce point. Focusing on getting healthier rather than the scale.
