Hi all,
What is the best whole meal bread available in the UK? I have access to sainsburys, asda, tesco and aldi.
I get my main source of carbs from bread as it is quick and easy to make sandwiches on the go etc. Recently I picked up hovis whole meal without reading the ingredients only to realize after that it contains caramelized sugar :(
