im in between night shifts. Have a doctors appointment mid way. Can't sleep. Stressed

Deep breath in, then long exhale emptying your lungs for another deep breath in. Do that 10 times concentrating only on your breathing. It is amazing how well it works.0

Stress is a part of life you just need to ride it out. Also eat some peanut butter, it's good for everything.0

I'm sorry to hear your Dr appointment is creating stress. Deep breathing and distractions that focus the brain on something nice, like observing and relaxing each part of the anatomy foot to head, rather than worrying about a future or a lack of sleep helps me. Chamomile tea and low red tone lights for 15 mins then back to bed can help too.0
