Over a week now

Been recording all food for over a week. Had some great days and some days I could believe what I was putting in my body. But have learned about myself, my eating, my habits and issues with food. I did lose 2 pounds this week and am happy about that. Still have a long way to go but I figure since I plan to be in this body awhile longer we better start taking care of each other. LOL

    thats how to do it! Once you know where you are at, you are in a better position to learn what you need to change.

    Make sure you read the threads regarding weighing food accurately!
