3 week difference!

Just a little motivation for myself and anyone out there on their first week. This was 3 weeks of strength training and cardio almost every day. Counting calories, still drinking, still eating sugar. Just keeping it around 1500 cals on my days where I workout for an hour to 70 min. I'm 5'4", was 171 in first picture and 168 in second. Loose size 14 to a more than roomy size 12. Not a huge difference, but hey, it's only been 21 days!! I was finally consistent! nvq70jg0shv6.jpg
