Trying to tone up

hi just started around 2 weeks ago not really trying to lose weight just tone up and maintain. The hardest part for me as a mother is eating healthy at dinner time because the kids won't eat just anything...any tips?

Lol. My daughter figured out soon enough to eat what I cook or go to bed hungry. I'll let her pick a few times a week to be fair. She still says ' not more chicken dad' . good luck!0

Yup! Healthy food is on the table and if they won't eat it, they wait until next day.. It's getting much easier now.0
