Hello to all, my name is Shelly, I'm new to the MyFitnessPal, as well as new to posting within a forum. I'm trying to keep myself accountable, and hoping this will help. I'm looking to lose about 30lbs before June of next year, for my daughter's wedding.
Quit my job 3 years ago to be daycare for my Grandson, I've gained about 30lbs, along with 2 more Grandsons. A majority of my activity is chasing around the boys, once they go home, I tend to be pretty sedementary. My day starts at 4am, so by the time they leave, I'm pretty drained (I know that sounds like an excuse). Anyway, that's me

    Hi Shelly! I hope you can incorporate activity and eating right into your daily activities. Sounds like you have your hands full!

    Evenings are my hardest. I want quickie meals, or end up grazing. I did well today, 142 calories left over. My hands are certainly "full", but it's the best "job" I've ever had. GREAT PERKS lol
