Has anyone tried these dietary supplements? My brother swears by them but would like to know if others have tried them. ewfefwqd7rj2.jpg

You know....I going to go out on a limb and say just don't do it.

I have said it over and over, and have been vilified for it because I am not so tactful, the best method of weight loss is education.

    No. Don't buy them.

This CLA1260 work if you eat at a deficit, but it won't work if you eat at maintenance or a surplus.

Therefore, eat a deficit and you don't need the diet pill thingie.

    I tried CLA with Thermabol.
Did I lose weight? Well... Yes. Because I was eating at a calorie deficit.

Did I feel awful? Absolutely. Jitter, palpatations, headaches, dizziness.. Not worth it!

Thanks so much everyone! I think I'm going to stick with the plain old diet and exercise.

CLA has interesting muscle building properties ... in rodents. Humans, not so much.
