How do I chose what I eat or what I do as a workout and what is best?

    Pick whatever you like.

    If your goal is to lose weight, you just have to stay under whatever maximum calories MFP gave you. Weigh and log your food, and when you reach your maximum calories for the day ... stop eating.

    It may take a few days before you sort out which foods keep you full longer and which foods are a waste of time.


    As for exercise, pick something you like doing.
