I've used this app before but I don't know much about the community. So, I don't really know what to say.
I'm in my 30s & need to drop down to about 120. I'm kinda active, and travel a lot with my folks. I have a "home gym" & a few home workouts. I do dance workouts, biking, walking and swimming as a short list. Motivation is what I think I need the most.
