Going over protien macros

Should I worry about going over protein macros if im weight training daily? I don't go over anything else but protein and I am weight training so I need the protein and I don't think it will effect my losses? Thanks

    if you have different goals to the standard why not use Custom Goals to enter them ? No problem missing any macro by a few % on a given day.

    Many people see the protein goal as a minimum rather than a maximum. There's nothing wrong with getting a bit of extra protein.
