ADF help

I've been getting back on track with ADF or 4:3 depending on how I feel at the time.
This week I'm working a very physically active position at work and yesterday was the good amount of calories day. I ate two thousand calories and was still under the two pound per week calorie goal by seven hundred. How do people manage the five hundred calorie days during this much activity?

    Maybe ADF isn't the best approach if you have a very physically active job--what about a daily IF (e.g. 8 hr feeding window)?

    I've never tried that. Seems like a good idea though.
    With that type of IF, I'm assuming it's the same amount of calories as whatever my fitness pal is set for to lose weight?

    Yes, you just eat the calories in a shorter amount of time to help with feelings of hunger.
