Support & friendship!

My name is Julie. I'm 22 years old, 5'10" and I weigh roughly 260lbs. Since high school ended, I've gone from a comfortable 180lbs. to this. I'm looking to drop to my goal weight of 190lbs. through hard work and dedication. I know there isn't a miracle medicine that can give the same effects as dieting and exercise... so why keep trying to do it the hard way? I'm looking for some full on support (even though my husband does a pretty darn good job of that, already) and even some friendship from others who are doing the same thing I am. Let's all stick together and do this! We can't wait any longer. ♡

Hi Julie
First and foremost, you're beautiful no matter what your size or how high the number on the scales. Remember that throughout this entire process and you'll succeed. Staying positive is one of the best things you can do on this journey. You're entering a whole new lifestyle change and that includes change of mind-set. Try not to think you're changing yourself to be "better looking" or a better person, you're doing this because you deserve it. Wishing you the best of luck, I know you can do it!0
