Office work exercise on my desk or work environment As a Volunteer I stay very active SAF. ARC, VAMC

My work at the American Red Cross consist of computer work and editing, Email, Calendars, Activities, phone calls, going to MIlitary base Briefings. At the Veterans Affairs Hospital my work consist of a lot of walking and talking to patients. In the volunteer services to the Military members and families, The in Lord has provided me an avenue to stay active in our community. In every state we moved to there is a VAMC. and the ARC. so it gave me an opportunity to Volunteer and stay physically active. My health was affected by an automobile accident so now I've gained 40lbs/21Kilos I've met a young woman who match my weight and has a birthday in January so we agree on changing our lifestyles and work hard at loosing the weight. Here I am learning how to eating differently and trying to understand why I am not dropping the weight faster? My eating habits are good. Will welcome feedback and willing to learn from everyone. Trusting the Lord to a Healthier lifestyle and better health.

    if you go ahead and fill in your details goals exc mfp will work out your calorie intake needed to reduce your weight.

    you will then need to log your food every day.

    my best tip would be buy a scale and drink more water.

    it wont be long before you see progress.
