Trying to lose the baby pooch stomach :(

I've been trying to lose the big pooch after having my baby over a year ago but seems rather impossible....I'm now 133lbs, 5.2inch. but my stomach is still huge and looks bloated with lose skin!
I do Stronglifts 3Xweek plus 1day of HIIT or spinning and eat clean in a deficit and rarely exceed 1700 cals a day.
Any tips what can i do?

I havent been tested for anything...
I aim for 100g or above for protein and i'm eating healthily and no junk whatsoever...I'm scared my baby stretched me too much i lost some elasticity
Now i'm focusing on lifting and an occasional spinning class0
