So hard to get back in the groove.

I just ease myself back in. I totally get where your coming from though. Depending on how long your "off track" it can totally feel like your starting over from day 1 and the first week-month struggles to get into the groove are back.0

I've had a two week set back with elderly parents care. I have four siblings that won't step up and help. I have learned to make their appointments around my schedule last week.0
