Fell off the program

I have been having a real hard time staying on a food program. Cravings of sugary foods n just eating mindlessly. Yesterday I posted what I ate n it was too much carbs n sugar. I am embarrassed but I guess that's the only way to start. I've gained a couple pounds thru it all n that just adds to the over 100# I need to lose.

    Same here. Been on/off/on/off...

    I noticed when I track on mfp and am somewhat active I end up getting in decent shape and when I stop I end up with a gut and flabby limbs (amazing, isn't it?). So I'm back at it again (about 2 weeks into it) and am looking forward to seeing some positive results and am planning on sticking with it this time around, one day at a time.
