Hello!

Hi there. This is my second time trying MFP, but a little more seriously this time. I am 29 and work a full-time job and also teach as an adjunct professor on the side. So a lot of late nights, and not a ton of time for regular exercising and food prep. I really want to develop a schedule of exercise and healthy food prep that work for my hectic life. I'm also trying Daily Burn and trying wake up early in the mornings to make sure that I exercise! Hoping to lose 30 pounds.
