Restarting after a couple days off

Okay so i am doing Cize and Les Mills Combat workout . Ive been sick for a couple days and am finally ready to workout again . Do i restart the program? Or just start where i left off?

    If you've been doing the workouts long enough to be acclimated (a couple-three weeks), then I'd just start where you left off. But listen to your body -- depending on how sick you've been, you may have to cut things short for a couple of workouts.
