I just started a regimen on the 3rd of September; going very good I might add. Eating right, watching calories. I've been doing cardio and weight training. With that, after my workouts within the last few days, I've been feeling sluggish. I "feel" lethargic. Is this normal or has anyone else experienced this starting a regimen. Your thoughts. Thanks.

I can't see your diary, don't know your regimen, and I don't really know what "eating right" means to you, so I can't offer specific guidance. If you're creating big deficits but not eating some of your exercise calories back, your body will let you know it's not okay with what you're doing to it.0

Thanks for input. Cardio 2 days week, about an hour and 15 minutes, weight training 2 days a week. I just made the diary public. Thanks.0

So I only see a couple of days of tracking.. It looks like you're undereating, but only you can judge. I don't know what your deficit is set to and what a reasonable deficit is based on your current weight and your goal.0

You've only logged 3 days so far, but it looks like you're not eating all your calories.
You need to fuel your body properly to have the energy to work out and function in general.
Also drink enough water.
You should eat at least half your exercise calories back-MFP already has you at a deficit if you entered all your info properly.
