My favorite is Ab Ripper X (from p90x). However, I am getting bored with it. What's your favorite and why?

Working out at home or at the gym?

Home: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1ZiTMxRbyY give this a try

    Gym:

    1) I personally love hanging leg raises. Alternate options include: leg raises to the sides, bringing your legs all the way to the bar (that you are holding), knee bends with a weight around your ankles. All will target slightly different muscle groups. I'd suggest doing one variation a day. 3 sets of 10-12 reps. This will target your lower abs.

    2) Weighted crunches on the medicine ball. I set the cable row at it's lowest position with a rope attached to it. Lay down on the medicine ball so your mid-back has great support (slide around until you find the right spot), grab the rope and hold it around your neck. Crunch away, make sure you are using your abs and not your neck. I usually do 10-14 reps.

    3) Right after wrapping up #2 above, I slide up on the ball so now your weight rests on your lower back/butt. With rope in the same position, start bringing your torso up.

You can do a superset with these exercises. Start with #1, right away get on the medicine ball and do #2, then #3. Rest for 30 seconds, go for it again.

Finish it up with planks...work your way up to holding good position for 60 seconds.

Weighted crunches and weighted leg lifts. Pretty boring  For fun and muscle control, bellydance! But you don't move enough weight in bellydance to build muscle, just use it a lot, which works if disuse is someone's problem.

Dead bugs because they are fun. Supermen because they are the last in my very long set of correctives and getting to them means I'm a minute away from being done.

I can't remember the last time I did an ab exercise.

Wait! This guy at the gym was throwing a medicine ball at me while I was on a decline bench and we were doing some kind of ab work. This was a few weeks ago. We plan on doing it again summer 2016.

Hiati yoga. I find doing 20 minutes a day keeps my abs and core tight.

Stomach vacuuming and good ol' crunches.

I try to vacuum my kids stomachs, and the youngest one freaks out... I then have to carry her around and calm her down... I guess that is good exercise :+1:
