Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Alex and I'm currently wanting to drop about 10lbs to 175lbs and maintain that weight while gaining muscle. Right now I am starting a solid diet for this (will tweak as I look at my progress) but just wanted to say Hi! And if anyone has any comments/tips/motivation, dont hesitate to add me!
