Any good breakfast to have, the only thing is i am a very picky eater.

Whatever you want that fits your calories. "Breakfast food" (the idea that some things ought to be eaten for breakfast and not others) is a total crock invented by cereal companies and bound by tradition. Have a sandwich. Have some leftovers. Have tuna on crackers. Eat whatever you want for breakfast, within the bounds of your personal taste and calorie/macro goals.0

I'm with Alatariel75. Eat what you like. Don't get stuck by the constraint of what is a "breakfast". Google "Breakfast around the world". Like rice and beans? Eat it. Have leftovers? Eat them. Whip up a burrito. Does it need eggs? Nope. Do whatever you like. I'd get more specific, but "picky eater" is so vague, I can't give more specific ideas...sorry!0
