I'm doing 20 sec at the speed of 30mph followed by 40 sec semi-rest at the speed of 8~10mph for 20 mins, but the machine shows that I burned only 180 calories (219lb). I know HIIT training has a lot to do with post workout metabolism, but how do people keep track of the overall calorie burn in these cases?
