Do you count the calories burned from nursing?

I took my TDEE, subtracted 20%, and then added about 400 calories for breastfeeding to that to end up at 2200 cal/day. Ive been losing consistently since I joined 2 weeks ago!0

I done the same, but only added back 200 calories as my bub is 2 and only feeding 3 times a day0

yes i did my lo is now weaned but i counted 500 cals when she was exclussively breast fed then brought it down once she was established on solids to 250 and down again as her feeds decreased iykwim0

I no longer count it, I actually stopped at 6 months when she was fed food. When exclusively yes I did count it, and no it didn't effect my milk supply at all.0

Yes, you're supposed to eat them back.
Did you know you can enter it from the food database as negative calories to add to your total for the day?0
