I eat like a rabbit and work out like one too why can't I lo

:explode: Oh my heck I am stuck on these last 10 pounds after my third baby and I am getting re married soon. I work out a lot....like at least four days a week and not easy stuff. I am at the gym doing the classes from spin to weight training to yoga and kick box. I watch what I eat. I don't gain(thank goodness) but I stay the same going on one year now at the same. I tried to cut calories this week and last and by mid afternoon I am so hungary and light headed I crave things I never ate before..........what to do....its a bit frustrating!!!:noway:

    you just have to space out your food cut cals and everytime your hungry just eat something little and it prevents you from bingeing.

    when I stop worring about my weight and eat healthy, then I loose it faster. If I get the least bit stressed and don't loose but 0.5 to 1 lb in 2 weeks, then I carry it all over again...

    DON"T WORRY......

    you may not be eating enough. i started exercising more and the weight stopped coming off. when i started eating my "exercise calories" i started dropping pounds like a stone! just a thought!
