Converting Elliptical SPM/RPM to MPH

The Life Fitness elliptical in my gym displays MPH and not SPM or RPM. All the routines I'm finding and would like to try go by strides or revolutions. Is there any math geniuses that can help me convert a routines SPM/RPM to MPH? The stride length of the machine is 18". I don't need distance as the machine does display this, I'm looking specifically for speed. Some routines show Rate of Perceived exertion (RPE) but for me #'s are easier to work off of then RPE. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
