Losing your booty to exercise

Is there a way one can workout and not lose their booty during the weight-loss journey. If yes how? Mine's decreasing at an alarming rate...

    Barbell hip thrusts, elevated single-leg glute March, kettlebell swings, RDLs, Good Mornings... Google Brett Contreras and Strong Curves.

    SQUATS, all kinds of squats - preferably with heavy weights. Lunges are also great. All sorts of leg exercises.

    Check out Strong Curves. It's very helpful for booty preservation, and for firming up a squishy booty.
