Wow my meal tonight I will have butternut. But, it has 686% vitimin A. My goal is 100%.
Is this where I'm going wrong with my diet? Comments please!

Beta Carotene is different than Retinol.
Do some research and you will see what I mean. Essentially, don't worry about it. Eating two pounds of carrots is different than eating two pounds of calf liver in one sitting as far as Vitamin A goes at least.0
