Should I be optimistic about my weight loss, before I started using MFP I lost about 20-25 pounds, and since starting MFP I've lost close to 30, I've had two rough months were I gained 10 pounds so overall I've lost around 40 pounds in about 9-10 months is that healthy weight loss at a decent pace? I'm 6'2 with an endomorph frame.

I think the fact that you've kept it up and lost that much weight in 9-10 months is great. Keep doing what you're doing!0

Don't let short term setbacks cloud the view of the great distance you've come! 40 lbs is a GREAT accomplishment!0
