Use calories from steps or enter workout?

Today I went for a long walk on a hilly path. 200 minutes! I don't know if I should use calories from steps or enter the workout. There is about a 350 calorie difference. Usually I would go with the lower amount but I am BF and can't have to high of a deficit.

I go with the lower amount and eat most of them back. Just my $0.020
