Dodgy Ankles

Anybody have any tips on strengthening ankles, I jogged and one's been swollen since, feel pathetic
, I'm used to low impact, I've sprained that ankle a load of times, I do what the physio man said, but there's just so much tissure damage it never works and when I feel good I always end up doing something tpo mess it up again, I'm sick of it...

I have an ankle that gets "stuck" sometimes. I found that if I keep it adjusted, it's much better. It does swell on occasion, too. I can't tell you how many times I rolled it before I started running trails a lot. The running had made them very strong. Contrary to what people might think, I have had fewer incidents since (not more).
Here's a link to what I do to keep it adjusted. It doesn't seem like much but it makes a huge difference. I usually adjust a couple times a week.
