only have a couple of friends on here and really like browsing their diaries to give me some ideas on good things to eat! I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight but mostly tone and maintain! Add me if you have an open diary and a healthy active lifestyle!

My diary is open to friends, I'm a long-time (41 years) vegetarian, eat mostly (but not obsessively) whole foods, and am active for an old person (age 59) - I usually either row (on the water in summer) or go to spin class daily, weight train a couple times a week, and do random walking, biking, and other stuff. You can friend me if any of this sounds interesting.0

My dairy is open to my friends too..so add me if you want. I am not a young-un at 42, but I am not a lazy butt. I don't track individual exercises. I wear a Misfit Flash and it tracks movement for me, which has been enough. I eat a pretty healthy diet, I don't prescribe to any one thing over another. Our family eats veggie heavy & refined sugar/grain light.0
