I'm not usually good using tools like this but have stuck with it for a few days now and I like it. My family and I are doing "Biggest Loser", started Monday got on scale for the first time in a long time and wanted to pass out, my weight has gotten out of control, I must stick with a meal plan and exercise before it gets any worse. I'm pretty healthy and want it to stay that way. I've started attending O.A. meetings too because I need to work on my mind and emotions too. Hopefully all of these combined will help me to reach my goals.

    Hi there! Not so new to this but I'm back with more determination this time!! Looking for "friends" with like minded weightloss goals. I don't have any workout buddies (except for my BF but we don't live that close to each other so meeting up everyday for fitness is a no-go :( ). Hope I can meet some people in the Whittier (and surrounding) area for fitness hang outs. :)
